Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to cancel
Email eletronicsprime2@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We'll confirm and send return instructions.
Returning the item
Return the item unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item (or proof it's on its way back), we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, you're entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a full refund or replacement — at no extra cost. Contact eletronicsprime2@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
